Please note the outdoor pool is not heated, even in the winter. Minutes by car, Uber or bike to everything you need in St. Augustine Beach: supermarkets, pharmacy, banks, and tons of dining options including Salt Life, World Famous Oasis, Hurricanes, Sunset Grille, the Beachcomber and more. Don’t worry, downtown St. Augustine and historic attractions are only 15 minutes away!

The 2-story condo overlooks the pool and courtyard with ocean views of the pristine Atlantic Ocean from the living room and balcony. The updated kitchen is fully stocked with a variety of dining ware and cooking items for use both indoors or poolside. The living/dining room is the perfect spot for entertaining or winding down, featuring a 42-inch smart TV with streaming channels built in, Nest thermostat, light-filtering window shades, and portable bluetooth speaker to play your favorite music. One full bathroom with walk-in shower is conveniently located on the main level. Accessible both by stairs or elevator, the second floor is complete with two bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a brand new, luxurious king bed, dresser, full-length mirror, smart TV and desk for those needing a private workspace. The second bedroom has two queen beds with all-season linens and a dresser. The upstairs bathroom is kid-friendly with a tub and step stool to reach the sink or toilet. Leave your quarters at home! Spanish Sol has both washer and dryer in-unit … upstairs for added convenience!

Other Details to Note

Spanish Sol also provides guests with beach/pool essentials including beach towels, beach chairs, wagon and beach toys for the kids. Just bring your swimsuit and sunscreen! Gorgeous natural dunes and white sandy beach are mere steps away from your balcony with access downstairs across manicured landscaping to a private beach entrance. Our condo complex is located right next to the drive-on entrance to Crescent Beach at Ocean Trace Road. Those with 4WD can take a nice drive along the beach for a different experience. The unit is toddler-friendly with child safety door locks, booster seat and toys available upon request. Pets are allowed for a fee of $150. Pets must be approved by owner at time of booking.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach condo! The location was perfect—just steps from the sand with beautiful ocean views that made every morning feel special. The condo itself was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It even includes necessities for small children and beach equipment. We especially loved the bright, airy space and the cozy balcony for coffee and sunsets. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out effortless. This place truly felt like a home away from home, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing beach escape!

Great location just a quick walk to the beach. Very well equipped condo with everything we needed to have a great week exploring the beach and St. Augustine area! Erin is a great host and communicated wonderfully.

Amazing host! Nice comfortable furniture and beds. Very pretty and stylish. The kitchen was stocked full of dishes, plates, utensils. The Keurig had lots to choose from. The place was stocked with toilet paper, dish soap, paper towels, dishwasher pods, detergent pods, very large shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in both bathrooms. Hand soap in both bathrooms and kitchen. Dish soap in kitchen as well along with Windex and countertop cleaner. There was toilet paper, garbage bags, you name it! It was also stocked with beach towels and beach chairs. To routes to access the beach and the pool was nice. The parking fee will no longer be charged per the HOA. Lastly, the checkout prep is painless. We will definitely stay there again if they will have us!

We love St Augustine and Spanish Trace is our favorite location due to its proximity to the ocean and downtown. Now, we’ve found our favorite condo! Beautifully decorated - clean - with lots of little extras to make it feel comfortable and like home!

Spanish Sol is a true gem! From the moment we first walked inside, we felt right at home. The condo was spacious and inviting, with comfortable furniture in every room. It was also very clean and generously stocked with quality products (loved the soaps and lotions!) and all kinds of supplies—including lots of beach stuff. There were thoughtful details throughout—night lights, plenty of towel racks and hooks, and clear labels on the closets and light switches. These are little things, but they add up and result in a more pleasant stay. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, and included a Keurig and tea kettle. We loved sitting on the tall Adirondack chairs in the balcony—it became our breakfast spot, as we watched the sun rise over the water. We even saw deer. The ocean view is SO MUCH better in person than in the listing photos. And the beach was amazing. Finally, the location of the condo complex was ideal for us, close to everything but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood.

This condo was very peaceful. It was a short walk to the beach. The pool is spacious, so you never felt like you were crowded. The condo was cozy, so you felt right at home. Erin provided beach towels, chairs, and a cart to tote all that to the beach. We definitely will be back.
