What a lovely stay 😊 Here’s a polished version you can post as your Airbnb review: My husband and I have always stayed in a hotel on St. Augustine Beach, but this year we decided to try an Airbnb. After a lot of research to find exactly what we wanted, we chose Erin’s beach-access condo Spanish Sol—and we’re so glad we did. We loved sitting on the patio, not only seeing the beach but hearing the ocean waves. Location was our number one priority, and this condo checked every box: easy check-in with simplified step by step instructions, beautiful beach décor, spotless cleanliness, great amenities, and convenient access to local attractions. Even though the weather wasn’t ideal, we still had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the games and puzzles provided, explored nearby sights, and took long walks on the beach just steps away with my puppies. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Erin’s condo to anyone looking for the perfect St. Augustine Beach getaway! Thank you Erin!

This home was beautifully decorated, comfortable and the layout/accommodations were perfect for 3 families to have privacy while also allowing plenty of time spent together in spacious rooms! The area was great-we went to Brix and Columns winery which was only a 10 min drive and highly recommend. Romanos and Santa Fe were great restaurant options nearby too. Erin was a responsive host and worked with us to make sure we got the most out of our time together. Highly recommend!

Great space for getting friends together for a weekend! The rooms are all very spacious and comfortable. There were plenty of kitchen tools for our at-home meals. We loved all the entertainment and games available in the home - especially the digital board game!

Everything was just perfect. The house is super clean (and I am very picky when it comes to that). We had everything we needed. It was such a beautiful and cozy getaway - we would love to return. There was an issue with the bed in one of the bedroom but the owners sent the handy man right away to fix it. Thank you so much for this perfect stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach condo! The location was perfect—just steps from the sand with beautiful ocean views that made every morning feel special. The condo itself was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It even includes necessities for small children and beach equipment. We especially loved the bright, airy space and the cozy balcony for coffee and sunsets. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out effortless. This place truly felt like a home away from home, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing beach escape!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Exceptional – A True Gem of a Home! From the moment we walked in, the home felt warm, welcoming, and brand new. It’s spacious, beautifully designed, and perfect for large groups. Three of the six bedrooms have private bathrooms, which made our stay very comfortable and private. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and thoughtfully stocked, as was the rest of the home—including plenty of cleaning supplies. The dining and living areas easily accommodated our entire family, making it a great space to gather and relax. The kids loved the play area and board games, and the hot tub was clean and inviting. The home felt especially cozy and festive during Christmas. Parking was also a bonus, with the driveway fitting five cars comfortably. Overall, this was an outstanding stay in a truly beautiful home. We loved it and will absolutely be back. Highly recommend! This home is truly beautiful and we hope that future guest take care of it as if it were their own. PLE

Great location just a quick walk to the beach. Very well equipped condo with everything we needed to have a great week exploring the beach and St. Augustine area! Erin is a great host and communicated wonderfully.
