Great space for getting friends together for a weekend! The rooms are all very spacious and comfortable. There were plenty of kitchen tools for our at-home meals. We loved all the entertainment and games available in the home - especially the digital board game!

Everything was just perfect. The house is super clean (and I am very picky when it comes to that). We had everything we needed. It was such a beautiful and cozy getaway - we would love to return. There was an issue with the bed in one of the bedroom but the owners sent the handy man right away to fix it. Thank you so much for this perfect stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach condo! The location was perfect—just steps from the sand with beautiful ocean views that made every morning feel special. The condo itself was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It even includes necessities for small children and beach equipment. We especially loved the bright, airy space and the cozy balcony for coffee and sunsets. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out effortless. This place truly felt like a home away from home, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing beach escape!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Exceptional – A True Gem of a Home! From the moment we walked in, the home felt warm, welcoming, and brand new. It’s spacious, beautifully designed, and perfect for large groups. Three of the six bedrooms have private bathrooms, which made our stay very comfortable and private. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and thoughtfully stocked, as was the rest of the home—including plenty of cleaning supplies. The dining and living areas easily accommodated our entire family, making it a great space to gather and relax. The kids loved the play area and board games, and the hot tub was clean and inviting. The home felt especially cozy and festive during Christmas. Parking was also a bonus, with the driveway fitting five cars comfortably. Overall, this was an outstanding stay in a truly beautiful home. We loved it and will absolutely be back. Highly recommend! This home is truly beautiful and we hope that future guest take care of it as if it were their own. PLE

The A-Frame was perfect for our family of four! We cooked in one night and the kitchen was well furnished! We spent an evening playing games and watching it snow! And the home was festive for our winter stay with a Christmas tree and holiday pillows and towels. The house is very private and feels far away from the hustle and bustle but in actuality, town was so close. We went into town for breakfast and dinner. I definitely would stay here again!

Great location just a quick walk to the beach. Very well equipped condo with everything we needed to have a great week exploring the beach and St. Augustine area! Erin is a great host and communicated wonderfully.

Amazing host! Nice comfortable furniture and beds. Very pretty and stylish. The kitchen was stocked full of dishes, plates, utensils. The Keurig had lots to choose from. The place was stocked with toilet paper, dish soap, paper towels, dishwasher pods, detergent pods, very large shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in both bathrooms. Hand soap in both bathrooms and kitchen. Dish soap in kitchen as well along with Windex and countertop cleaner. There was toilet paper, garbage bags, you name it! It was also stocked with beach towels and beach chairs. To routes to access the beach and the pool was nice. The parking fee will no longer be charged per the HOA. Lastly, the checkout prep is painless. We will definitely stay there again if they will have us!
